Sam Crumley leads Zap’s People and Workplace organization, guiding operational functions and supporting team members and the company through its stages of growth and development.
Crumley approaches people and workplace ops with a strategic mindset—choosing the right solutions for the context and needs of the company. He previously held positions as Chief HR Officer at MacroHealth, VP of Employee Experience at Panopto, and Director of Talent Management at PeopleFirm. Prior to that, he served as a global manager for HR outsourcing at Accenture and has a background as a federal agent and accountant. He received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Washington.
